It was for a medical device at a resi stop. Stop only showed signature required on the diad. Once I scanned the package I got a call tag looking screen, with an added swap package prompt.I had to open the package and swap out the used medical device with the new one. Then I had to open the packaging packet to find the return label. Then I had to scan the return label and click on a prompt. Then the customer had to sign for his new medical device. I finally had to pack the old device with the return label and tape up the box. Luckily the truck I was driving today had packaging tape. Stop took 10 minutes</blockquote>
