They are usually international packages and they know exactly what they are looking for. One time they intercepted a package and decided to hold the package at the station. It was addressed to a business and they didn't want to make a scene by having it delivered. They waited at the station for a couple of days before they gave up. I think once the recipient knew something was odd about the shipment they got cold feet and didn't risk showing up to pick-up their package.</blockquote>
