I think they're going to claim Trumps actions were deliberate. Looking at their past tactics with Flynn and others i would guess they would try to charge a Trump attorney and see if they can scare that person into turning on the former president. Going to be interesting if they go that route. Maralago was trumps other white house . he spent a lot of time there and would obviously have had  a lot of work taken there with him. One of the more bizarre accusations i saw were the one that Trump had documents in his desk as if that was nefarious. Well if the president is sitting at his desk and working then it would seem to make sense that he would have documents stored in his desk.</blockquote>
