If as Graf claims, they will prove that the worst is behind for the company. Then a 150 stock price might be a bargain. In the meantime the stock will likely trade on the news whether it be good or bad.  Unfortunately for contractors when it comes to news of this nature they are always the last to know but always the most directly impacted.</blockquote>
