I've been in feeders a couple of years, but this is the first for me where Christmas Eve falls on Saturday and Christmas on Sunday. I'm curious as to how Sunday through Thursday and Monday through Friday night runs will work. There are rumors circulating that the Sunday night guys would have to run their normal run on Christmas night because the actual holiday is being observed on Monday as far as UPS is concerned and no one would work that night. I'm not buying that though. I would think that if anything, they would force the Sunday through Thursday guys to work the Friday night before Christmas to help push as much through at the last minute. Also, there should be minimal pick ups on Friday, and none on Saturday, so I don't know what they would even be moving on Christmas night. Similar situation for New Years. Anyone heard anything similar or remember how it's worked in the past?
