Ive package handled at the hub for about 4 months now and got a call today to go in early next week because im "next on the bid list" for a "full time driving position". Im a bit skeptical because I spoke with her last week and she was on #20 on the list and I was In the 60s. Also, after speaking with another HR woman, she told me that about 10% of pre loaders make it to full time drivers. Im vigorously learning the 5s and 10s for next week just in case, but whats a realistic expectation of whats to come. Is becoming a driver really that hard and why are they calling me in what feels to be early</blockquote>
