Takes most new guys 20 working days to get the hang of it and qualify. After that they will just throw you out there blind. You will miss that easy training route. Also as the newest driver, and seniority rules, you can imagine what routes you will be running. The ones nobody else wants to do. This usually only last for about 5 years or more until you can bid your own route. At that point they will turn your route into a training route and you be out running junk routes again while someone else is training on your route.</p></blockquote><p></p>
