On its own that statement isn't earth shaking; however, Mr. Smith had a "working relationship" with Flynn's consulting firm when looking to groom new "assets." This just can't be ignored considering Trump openly admitted he fired Coney, at least in part, due to his continued investigation of Flynn. Even if all of this does turn out to be "fake news," which I doubt, Mr. Trump is to blame as brought all of this on himself. Common sense would suggest that hiring foreign agents to run your campaign could lead to trouble, but I guess the whole "fake news" bit is enough of an explanation for Trump's base.</p></blockquote><p></p>
