UPS has basically chosen not to drop their prices to compete with the post office because they can not afford to do so. thus no price reductions as expected in the health industry. Looking at the government run public option in shipping there really is no incentive to have that option unless you want a cheap/ no frills you'll get it when you get it service.</span></p></blockquote><p></p>
