One of very few jurisdictions in the world, that has no debt, and money put aside.</p><p> </p><p>And almost every Albertan will tell you , we got Mr. Klein to thank for that.</p><p>(Ralph Klein, NOT me).</p><p>He was out former Premier (to you State governour), that put this province from being in debt, to 1 of the worlds richest.</p></blockquote><p></p>
