That being said , if they plan on staying for awhile or even a career they have to understand at the end of the day their building no future. If you don’t have paid sick days , 3,4,5 weeks paid vacation , personal days and most importantly a retirement plan. This is a Fortune 500 company , employees deserve this for the work we put in, quit selling yourselves  short. Remember , Fred S is a multi billionaire and grew his wealth from us , the foot soldiers who end up with knee , shoulder and back surgeries for our retirement gift.
