When officers arrived at the restaurant, 33-year-old Adrian Mosley was already dead. The employee who shot him, 25-year-old Quintavius Martin, was arrested and charged with a litany of crimes: murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 22px"><strong></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 22px"><strong>One witness, Ontray Haley, was eating at the restaurant when the shooting happened. He remembered two men and a woman entering the restaurant. He told the <a href="http://www.ajc.com/news/news/man-shot-to-death-at-fulton-industrial-waffle-hous/ngKkD/" target="_blank"><em>Atlanta Journal-Constitution </em></a>that the woman started arguing with a security guard, and when the security guard asked the woman to leave, and she left, but the two men didn’t. When the men began getting unruly, the cook refused to serve them. At that point, Haley said, the two men “got into it with the cook and the guy that got shot, he threatened the cook. He told him, you come outside and I’m going to fire you up, which basically meant he wanted to shoot him.”</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 22px"><strong></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 22px"><strong>And that’s when gunfire broke out.</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 22px"><strong></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 22px"><strong>Haley said it was absolute chaos: “It occurred right at the counter. It was just chaos; I was ducking for cover like everybody else.
