It was suspected Jenner was on her phone. That's vehicular manslaughter, and the source of the Jenner character running someone over in every single South Park episode in which she appears. A killer. "Yahoo, Buckaroo!!" But, the DA didn't file charges. Wonder why.</p></blockquote><p></p>
