Why is it impossible to login to view my health insurance. When trying to register for teamcare after putting my member ID, it comes back with an error saying “Member ID of Policy Holder is valid” and doesn’t let me progress further for sign up. On the back of my health insurance card it says go to a website to view benefits but when I do this is what the website shows. Wtf lol, why is this so complicated.
