As the severity of the disaster became clear, rather than trying to make up for it, donald <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2017/09/30/politics/trump-tweets-puerto-rico-mayor/index.html" target="_blank">started fights</a> with the mayor of San Juan on Twitter for daring to criticize him. This childish response marked all of his disaster responses and is what made him worse than Bush.</p></blockquote><p></p>
