However your body, when you sleep renews you brain fluids completely.&nbsp;&nbsp; Thus, by forcing yourself off schedule you don&#039;t receive the benefits of brain function you could.&nbsp; Read up on most uber rich, jeff b, and they guard their sleep as much or more than money.</blockquote>
