My daily recovery setup is easy to remember: greens, protein, creatine. I have a smoothie with green superfood powder, spinach, greek yogurt, and a bunch of frozen fruit, and protein powder. Add in a dose of creatine afterwards. You can get 40-50g of protein, a ton of vitamins and minerals and polyphenols and flavonoids and all that stuff that doesn't make a nutrition label, and some probiotics, in a pretty quick dose that doesn't taste bad. Put that in the body before you sleep and it has what it needs to heal you.
