I was driving down a narrow road and a tree limb hit the mirror cracking it. The supervisor looked at me and said “Make sure you write that up for the mechanics to replace. Shame that cracked when you was adjusting it”. The management was so different in the 80s. They wanted you to succeed.  I still think about how that supervisor could have disqualified me that day.</p></blockquote><p></p>
