On the other side however Wisconsin in order to lure Foxconn to the state had to hoark up a 4 billion dollar plus concessions hairball which according to some published reports will take at least 25 years for Wisconsin to get it's money back and that's under a best case scenario. Keep in mind that the guy who owns the company has gone around promising similar projects in India, Brazil and Indonesia and and they're still waiting for the guy to make good on them.</p></blockquote><p></p>
