Message: <blockquote data-quote="Red Headed Stranger" data-source="post: 5629742" data-attributes="member: 90351"><p>Many years ago, a large metropolitan police department "bargained" for lower wages for the "new" guys and better wages and benefits for themselves.  What they failed to realize is over time, there were more new guys than old guys.  Next thing you know the "new" guys outnumbered the old ones and the tables turned.  Always watch out for your fellow union brother/sister.  We want to make sure we are looking out for each other in every contract.  Let's make it better for the ones who follow in our footsteps.</p></blockquote><p></p>
