The first round of people we got moved a few years ago to RPCDs took a grievance since then it’s went a lot smoother. I work in a rather large facility with a big feeder department so perhaps they move faster here but we have moved several dozen up to RPCD the last round we moved 11 in February. 18 months is the longest anyone has went 22.4 here. I can’t say most of them are happy because they just get forced on Saturday instead of Monday now.</p></blockquote><p></p>
