It also says you have to notify your supervisor at your next report date. The contract as written assumes that you are guilty without even going to court yet.We had a package driver that got a DUI and went to an SAP and was put on a 5 year program. Everyone seems to get a 5 year program if you go to the UPS SAP because they get paid for 5 years. He got a test one morning before his court date and had a slight blood alcohol raise. Something like .02% which doesn't even prohibit a driver from driving, but the program said he was required to have a 0% at all times. He got fired. a month later, he went to court and the DUI was thrown out but he was still fired because he violated a program. BUll crap but it cost him.</blockquote>
