Maybe even take the .25 cents a way from new hires and have them get a $1.00 raise every year and give there extra .25 to current pt employees so that we can get a $1.50 yearly raise and that would be part of our catch up raises. Also instead of a garunteed 5hr work day we can have a garunteed 4 hr work day with over time kicking in after 4hrs instead of 5 and over time after 20 hr's in a work week. Also add another time and a half rate for the first time and a half rate after 8 hrs in a day or 40 hrs in a week. That' seems like a fair proposal to start with so they can meet in the middle.</p></blockquote><p></p>
