It's probably buried somewhere in the thousands of pages of Obama's proposed immigration bill. It's nice to know that my tax dollars, as well as money fresh off the printers, will go towards paying someone to teach adolescent El Salvadorians that it's ok to put toilet paper in the toilets as opposed to in the garbage cans. And even more comforting knowing that that training will be wasted on those that end up moving out to rural areas that don't have adequate plumbing to handle toilet paper either. Just like back home.</p></blockquote><p></p>
