And the suggestion was made, ‘Well, we’ll <strong>simply hide it in a bale of marijuana</strong>."</p><p></p><p>Franks’ state pays teachers the <a href="http://www.azcentral.com/story/news/politics/fact-check/2017/01/31/fact-check-arizona-teacher-pay-ranking/96367232/" target="_blank">lowest salaries in the country</a>, and $25 billion dollars could certainly do some good in our nation’s schools.
