The&nbsp; planned&nbsp; “self-sustaining city” in Idaho would include manufacturing&nbsp; facilities,&nbsp; warehouses, retail centers and large numbers of homes for&nbsp; Chinese workers.&nbsp;&nbsp; Basically it would be a slice of communist China&nbsp; dropped right into the middle&nbsp; of the United States.</blockquote>
