Rest assured the Texas congressional delegation made every effort to make certain that they weren't left out grabbing every dime they think they can get despite making it clear that the entire Texas GOP congressional delegation was going to vote against the bill. It called having it both ways. Publicly demonizing the Dems and their infrastructure agenda because it looks good in front of their constituents but quietly looking for the most benefit they can get for them from the bill.</blockquote>
