Message: <blockquote data-quote="Ironhawk" data-source="post: 6011916" data-attributes="member: 68876"><p>UPS does not like the Dr. I am seeing.  He is one of the good ones.  However, he does not seem to know much about how workers comp attorneys work.  Unfortunately, my liability lawyer does not either.  Wish I would have done more research on lawyers, the lawyer is a big name lawyer, that is why I thought they would be good.  They even state they handle workers comp, but seems they know very little.  Maybe it is just the pre litigation attorney that doesn't know?  The case is still in pre litigation.  They don't want to settle case until I am released from Doctor.  Seems like I am never going to be released because nothing has been fixed.  Keep doing trial and error pain mgt. that does not work, then going in circles to the same doctors, to try this or that with lots of needles and injections to no avail .</p></blockquote><p></p>
