Interesting note on pensions

i received my water bill in the mail today. and to quote a letter that accompanied it

"Due to increase costs in pension funding for employees and former employees, a 13% rate increase will be factored in to your next months bill"

glad i could do my part to help the public works people. Im sure they werent in a Southern States Plan.
