It won't be as busy if volume is lower, but on the other hand, if volume is up, it will be busier. But of course, if the volume stays the same, it will be just as busy.

I'm wandering because I want to save up as much money as I can before I go back to school in January 9th, and to save up enough for my second car. I'm looking at a 2006 Chevy Impala SS for $8,000. I currently have $3,000.

A wagon (Olds Vista-Cruiser) with a 454 truck big-block and the right suspension would be a blast and a half.

This:
454 truck big block (4 bolt mains as opposed to the 2 bolt in the car blocks), EFI and a Tremec 6-speed. Proper suspension and brakes.
That could be as much fun as you could have with your clothes on.
