So the plan from the top is they'd rather lay off while paying tons of 9.5 grievances. Must be the first company ever to function this way. The way it's going I think we're going to get to the point of driver buyout options, sooner than later. That'll be their cheapest option. The company is still sitting on the influx of new drivers they put on during the Covid volume increase. No doubt they'd love to get rid of the guys with 8 weeks of vacation.</blockquote>
