And no, these aren't poor performers. These are two very good workers. This is what your company has turned into. I personally believe that UPS is trying to unload their costliest employees before the potential healthcare reform kicks in. I believe this deplorable activity will be difficult post reform. That's just a hunch though. Either way folks, it's your company now. I've been out for a while and very happy. Just trying to warn those who believed in the partnership as I once did.
