Position Reclassification - Have You or anyone you know recently had their Job Reclassified with LITTLE to NO Notice? This has been going on in ISNJ for awhile now - you may not lose your job but you MAY just: a) Be downgraded to a lower level: Options to Mgr or Mgr to Sup etc. b) Loss of Salary - to coincide with the downgraded lower level c) Loss of MIP / Options - once again, to coincide with the downgraded lower level. Just not the same UPS I grew to admire back in the 80's - So don't be surprised when you or your co-worker are asked to take a reduction in grade & pay, have a your workload doubled, added night and weekend work, more shift changes etc - it's just the sign of DB doing his thing to satisfy the Board - they re-aligned the entire US Regions / Districts and now it is time for DB to step up to the plate and start trimming his workforce in IS. If you thought last year's "Dead Man Walking" down Main Street was something - you ain't seen Nothing Yet.
