In two days, the board could float or threaten to back out on the promise of 22.4's being promoted out of purgatory with no immediate $5 per hour bump up in pay in hopes of creating panic and unrest on our side.  If they already have trouble achieving adequate staffing to move volume and they feel comfortable risking losing a portion of both, then they could very well dig in especially if they think they have a shot at weakening O'Brien's standing among the members going forward.</blockquote>
