It was evident.”</p><p>Though Baker said that the NCAA would change its transgender policy to ensure more fairness for women, his <a href="https://www.outkick.com/riley-gaines-unimpressed-ncaa-president-charlie-baker-senate-testimony-unanswered-letter/" target="_blank">“reforms”</a> have failed to materialize.</p></blockquote><p></p>
