Local 25 says that UPS was not sending over initiation payments for new members for awhile. So Local 25 said that if UPS continued in this manner, Local 25 would take everything at once, which they did. Yes every seasonal was aware that their initiation fee was $500 dollars. But what they were not aware of or never signed up for was giving their entire check to Local 25 a few weeks before Christmas. That's what Local 25 fails to understand. Yes the money was owed, yes the Company was dragging their feet but at no time should you take any members money without their approval. It's common sense and the right thing to do. I'll gladly wait for a rebuttal from any official from Local 25</p></blockquote><p></p>
