Regardless of who was at fault, the union should live up to their agreement with the workers and refund them the difference. Not if you are seasonal... the only reason seasonals should have to initiate is if the union finds them other work throughout the year. Otherwise, a temporary worker should be a temporary union member, responsible only for dues while they are working.</blockquote>
