Message: <blockquote data-quote="browned out" data-source="post: 1287705" data-attributes="member: 8105">What can be done to stop the constant harassment and the blatant misuse of the dishonesty clause?    We literally have no recourse.   The union sucks. We had a driver that was told he was extending his lunch period.  The driver knew he did not and asked numerous times for the delivery records that would prove he did not.  He was told the records no longer exist.   The driver filed a harassment grievance and the company did not even have to admit this was harassment.   The "extended lunch talk with" is still in this employees file. The harassment and dishonest use of the dishonesty clause by UPS needs to stop.   Our members do not need to be on 3 day-  9 day  or weeks suspension reduced from termination due to this garbage.</blockquote>
