Read the arbitration it is posted on this thread. That is why members are really critical of the BA and if you saw the youtube video he told them maybe you can be fired. Why didn't he think of that before he took the drivers outside or tell the drivers that before they left the building! I support the drivers 100% I am not siding with UPS we all know that UPS breaks the contract every day. If Local 804 is fed up with Contract Violations and UPS didn't settle the 400 grievances at the National Panel, there are 12 other buildings where the contract and grievance procedure is being violated so lets all join in the fight why only Maspeth?</p></blockquote><p></p>
