They did that because they HAD ENOUGH with old school methods of dealing with management.&nbsp; They wanted new ideas and new methods to take on UPS.&nbsp; There might be some consequences to some of these actions BUT NOW UPS HAS TO WORRY EVERY TIME&nbsp; THEY DO ANYTHING AGAIN.&nbsp; There are consequences to both sides of this issue.&nbsp; Management has to learn to respect our contract and respect the members and appreciate all we contribute to the success of the company.&nbsp; Or else actions like this might start to become the norm.&nbsp; Are you listening Lousiville??</p></blockquote><p></p>
