Human nature follows the path of least resistance......most feeder drivers I know would rather stay in their cab and be on their phones, eat whatever during the inbound/outbound procedure. Especially in inclement weather. Guards are lazy +drivers too+ UPS too = fatality. It's a simple equation with predictable results.</blockquote>
