I got a letter yesterday denying my request to be excused........it said I didnt include a doctor's verification of my condition.  I included all my doctor's info., but that wasn't enough.  I never saw where it said you needed a doctor note.Anyway, I had to call one of my doctors just setting up an appointment and while I had the nurse on the phone I asked about a doctor note and she said, "sure". She'll get the doctor to sign it and mail it to me.  I can then fax it to the court and hopefully that will be enough.</blockquote>
