Just because you get hired to work somewhere doesn't automatically give you the right to claim ownership over a company. I don't necessarily think it's a bad idea to partially compensate employees with shares of a company. But even then, you would have to work someplace for a while and be good at what you do for your vote to carry much weight. People who aren't even very good at sweeping floors probably shouldn't have much of a say in how a company is run.</p></blockquote><p></p>
