Medical Flex plans

Does anyone know if hourly's have a medical flex plan available to them. Btw...it's an account that you pay into tax free that you can use towards medical needs. I know management has the option but was curious if it's something that hourly's have the option.

Flex plans are also called HRA's or HSA's and are designed for healthcare plans with the potential for more out of pocket expenses than the ones that we are covered by.

If you are concerned about having the funds to pay for unexpected health expenses perhaps you should open a savings account and fund it through payroll deduction.
