Nashville TN Drivers - any needed?

All, I am currently setup to be qualified in PA at some point this year as there are 3 people ahead of me. However, family circumstances are dictating a move to Nashville. My question is, how many people are waiting to qualify? Who is the HR rep? Is it worth it to try to transfer in or start new? I know a transfer typically only happens for educational purposes. Also, would my driving school and online trainings transfer? Any help is appreciated. Thanks everyone!
