No more DVIR starting in 3 hours

Check out the new DOT changes regarding paperwork. In a nutshell, in many cases a DVIR will only have to be completed if there is a problem. UPS is usually slow to figure out/process/communicate changes but here is the link:

What this will save in paper will certainly be wiped out by people printing their manifest when it's in the board.
