Happening everywhere unfortunately. If I hated the people I was surrounded by, I would probably be gone. But I do like the people, and the problem solving is fun to me. But the benefits, meh.
I'm sure it really depends on the kind of center manager you have though. I've been pretty lucky up to this point.
