Message: <blockquote data-quote="vantexan" data-source="post: 5258235" data-attributes="member: 24302"><p>It's may until proven otherwise.  The courts may rule against invasion of our privacy.  We'll have to wait and see.  I wouldn't be surprised if all crypto's are made illegal in favor of central banks.  If so that's trillions lost.  The U.S. Dollar at this point is still the world's safe haven in bad economic times.  If they start trying to control everything then they'd likely lose a lot of investment into the country that makes the rich and powerful even moreso.  So I don't think it's a foregone conclusion that we'll all end up enslaved to a relative few.  What will likely happen is whatever works that makes them wealthy and keeps the masses from revolting is the most likely path.  Which is the fine line they've been walking for some time now.</p></blockquote><p></p>
