I see Macy's is guaranteeing Christmas delivery this year. If your order isn't received by Christmas you get a gift card for the value of your order up to $100.
Macy's order by date is 12/23.

Amazon? 12/23

Lots of others are doing the same dumb thing...

etc, etc.

They'll never learn.

We've been okay so far here. Volume not too bad, weather has been pretty agreeable, but a huge last minute crush like this looks likely to become, will totally wreck the whole peak. Can't wait. It'll be all our fault , too.

Saw 1 on Monday while delivering to an apartment complex at 10 am for a sig req pkg. rang bell twice was filling out notice , when BAM. Wow, wow wow. Can't even put into words what I saw at the door....

PCM yesterday, the boss said that the plan they are expecting would have us all running 11-11.5 hour days next week.

Then he tossed out the grenade.

"My bosses think we should work Sunday the 21st. I told them we did not have to."

Now that it is out there, my bet is that it is mentioned daily until it is a reality. I am betting dimes to dollars that we are working the 21st.

Surprisingly very few of the women I delivered those Victoria's Secret packages looked anything like those models. They looked a lot more like Lane Bryant types.
