Low wage employers whose employees have to rely on public benefits. I get a big laugh out of X's and WalMart's well promoted efforts in the area of a cleaner environment especially cleaner air. Before you applaud them glance look over at their employee  parking  lots and feast your eyes on their old smokey polluting worn out junk cars that barely pass inspection. But that's all they can afford.</p></blockquote><p></p>
